You can return your checklist within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if it is unused and shows no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Are any purchases final sale?

Customized items (for example, checklists with your aircraft tail number) are final sale and not eligible for return.

When will I get my order?

Each checklist is MADE-TO-ORDER and takes about 10-15 business days to hand make.

Shipping time will vary by location, but most US orders arrive within 3-5 business days after production.
