RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely confident in your cockpit gear. If our product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return policy.

STANDARD RETURNS (30 DAYS)

You may return standard, non-customized checklists within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

• Condition: The item must be in mint, unused condition. Because these are precision tactile tools, items showing scratches, wear on the matte finish, dirt, or signs of in-flight use will not be accepted.
• Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (FINAL SALE)

Any product manufactured with custom features, including, but not limited to, aircraft tail numbers or personalized text, is considered Final Sale. Because these are made-to-order for your specific airframe, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless covered under our manufacturing defect warranty.

PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
