THE "NO-GO" LIFETIME WARRANTY

We build gear for the daily grind of the flight line. Our checklists are manufactured using high-temperature, UV-resistant aerospace polymer and finished with industrial resin coatings. We stand behind our engineering.

WHAT IS COVERED

If your PreFlightGear checklist fails under normal flight deck operating conditions, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This includes:

• Failure or breaking of the mechanical slider tracks or detents.
• Warping, delamination, or structural deformation caused by standard cockpit heat exposure.
• Illegibility of text due to manufacturing defects.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from gross negligence or uses outside of standard aviation operations. Exclusions include:

• Intentional destruction, disassembly, or modification.
• Damage from being run over by vehicles, GSE, or fuel trucks.
• Pet damage (e.g., chewed by a dog).
• Loss or theft of the item.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

To initiate a warranty claim, email us with your original order number and a clear photograph of the damaged product. If approved, we will fabricate and ship a replacement unit to you at no cost excluding shipping.
